Applications are invited from candidates to enter an engineering apprenticeship programme at Hi-Tech Pressure Engineering on a full-time basis over a period of three (3) years. The outcome requirement is for candidates to obtain an Artisan Trade Qualification. The successful candidates will enter a structured development programme that covers the theoretical and practical elements to achieve an Artisan Trade Qualification.

What are the requirements?

All you need is a Grade 12 pass, with mathematics. A code EB (OB) driver’s license may be advantageous for your application but is not a necessity.

We are looking for learners who matriculated in the year 2023 or 2024. Upon reviewing your application, you will then go through an interview process with two assessments.

You will need to be found medically fit and agree to a three (3) month probation period, where the company reserves the right to terminate the employment. If your application is successful, you as an employee will be subject to the company code of practice, policies, and disciplinary procedures.
