Quality Control & Accreditations
- Hi-Tech operates an audited quality control system that is certified to three international standards: ISO 9001-2008, ASME VIII Div. 1: Appendix 10, and ISO 3834-2.
- Hi-Tech is also accredited to ISO 45001, Occupational Health & Safety.
- Separate material traceability system and record-keeping for all materials as required.
- External inspection authority approval of fabrications and approval of a certificate of construction.
- Hi-Tech has developed and operates a proprietary system to facilitate our quality systems and operations. Vilicus is able to manage materials, documents, operations and consolidates all information into a central database.
- Awarded “Best ISO3834 Company 2019” by South African Institute of Welding
Drawing and Design Office
- Design and design checking to ASME VIII Div.1, TEMA , ASME B31.1 , ASME B31.3 , PD5500 , EN 13445, ASME PCC-2-2011, ASME PTC 19.3 TW 2010, EN 14015 & API 650.
- Our drawing office has four (4) drawing stations and use AutoCAD Inventor – Routed Systems.
- Our experienced drawing office staff can provide clients with detail drawings or with initial design drawings for approval.
- Vessel design checking done using PV Elite and Finglow.
- Piping design and analysis using Intergraph CAESAR II.
- Hi-Tech offers full compliance with Pressure Equipment Regulations and SANS 347:2019 Edition 3
